This vision originated from two pressing needs in the Philippine wood market. With local logging restricted due to over-harvesting and depleted forest reserves, the industry faces growing threats from unsustainable forestry practices. At the same time, there is a rising demand for beautiful, durable wood products suited for both indoor and outdoor use.
Since 2008, Arctic-Forest Products, Inc. has been expanding knowledge and awareness about sustainable timber — offering innovative solutions and versatile applications that perfectly complement every dream home. The important principles of Finnish forest management are sustainability and closeness to nature. Sustainable forestry combines three objectives. First, the ecological tolerance of nature must not be weakened; in other words, the environment may only be altered to the extent that nature is able to recover its former condition after the change. The social and cultural values of forests may not be weakened, either. Thirdly, forestry must be financially profitable to all partners involved.

Pinus sylvestris
PINUS SYLVESTRIS also known as Scots Pine. Pinus sylvestris is an evergreen coniferous tree native to Eurasia, ranging from Western Europe to Eastern Siberia, south to the Caucasus Mountains and Anatolia, and north to well inside the Arctic Circle in Scandinavia where Finland is located.
Though there are over a hundred different species of pine woods that grow in various places around the world, only one of them grows wild in the forests of Finland. Toughened by the winter chills and frosts, northern wood is known for its high quality. Its beauty and durability are valued all around the world. Thanks to excellent feasibility and strength characteristics genuine northern wood offering us a wide range of applications; from construction and interior designs to structural works.
